Guest access is through the front door via keyless entry code. Very easy. It will be sent automatically at check in time with directions. There is no side gate access for guests. No garage access for guests.
This listing is a mid term semi furnished private guest bedroom and shared bathroom. (NO BED, this listing is perfect for someone transitioning to the valley, can start collecting their own bedroom furniture while looking for a permanent space!) It is a 4 bedroom home and the other 3 rooms are rented out to other hardworking professionals. Please do not ask personal questions regarding the other tenants. Every guests privacy is important to me. When you arrive feel free to make friends! Utilize kitchen, living spaces, and backyard. Please reach out if any questions regarding medium and long term renting.

Camera locations: Back yard patio, Front door ring camera.
Parking is along Topeka street, no parking in front of house, in driveway or in cul de sac. Feel free to park right outside the cul de sac.
If you are bringing your sweet fur baby, they are free to roam the house when you are home otherwise please keep them in your room while away. No breed or weight restrictions, all welcome. Current vaccine records will need to be sent to protect all animals. Thank you!
