This is a mid term listing that offers a private guest bedroom and shared bathroom. It is a 4 bedroom home and the other 3 rooms are rented out to other hardworking professionals. Please do not ask personal questions regarding the other tenants. Every guests privacy is important to me. When you arrive, feel free to make friends! Utilize kitchen, living spaces, and backyard. Parking is free! There is a cul de sac you can park in or off of Topeka on the street.
If you are bringing your sweet fur baby, they are free to roam the house when you are home otherwise please keep them in your room while away. No breed or weight restrictions, all welcome. Current vaccine records will need to be sent to protect all animals. Thank you!
